WELL, I FINALLY HAVE UPDATED WHAT I AM UP TO - MUSICALLY YOU KNOW

People often ask where I am performing, even though I consider myself working on "getting my act together" still.  I have no current regular gig, however, I do try and make the following event:

I frequently perform at Kulak's Woodshed on Monday nights - at their open mic.  You can also see this open mic online for free (and/or you can donate to the Woodshed) -while it is going on, just click HERE It usually starts at about 8-ish, and ends after 10PM - kinda like whenever it is over.

In the meantime, I do teach watercolor painting at The Coffee Gallery in Altadena.  You can see that work and my schedule at www.altadenaartist.com.

And here are a couple of videos that I have put up on YouTube of performances at Kulak's Woodshed as well as at the Urban Homestead's Hootenanny.  Alas, since my mentor and partner in crime, Duane Thorin passed earlier this year, they are no longer having Hootenannys, but there are many nights of the music archived on YouTube.  Just search for Urban Homestead Hootenanny.  There are certainly over 100 of them. And if you want to see some older posts that actually have newer performance, just click on "Older Posts" below!

First up, Over The Rainbow performed at The Urban Homestead, where I am helped by some crazy birds.  If you never got to see/meet Duane Thorin, he is the crazy bird with the cowboy hat.

And a more usual rendition of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" performed at Kulak's Woodshed in North Hollywood:

 - and then, a cover of Charades.  Originals and other covers to come.
